Last weekend I photographed a wonderful family with a delightful 5 year old daughter. We had planned to go to a park in San Ramon, near their home, but as some of you may remember, Saturday turned out to be a scorching hot day and even more so in San Ramon. In the morning, the outdoor thermometer climbed steadily to 110 degrees and froze (more likely fried) there for the entire day.
We decided to proceed with the photo session anyway and set up a make-shift studio in their home, air conditioner running on full. Around 8 o'clock at night the heat finally eased up, so we were able to go out into the backyard and take a few more shots.
